Who I help

Made for small practices, not hospital systems

You care for people in rooms that stay close. This work is built for that.

  • Behavioral health
  • Mental health
  • Wellness practices
  • Solo practitioners
  • Small nonprofits
  • Community clinics

The tools close at hand were not shaped for small practices

Care Practice Studio works alongside solo practitioners, small nonprofits, and community clinics. Days in this work are already full. A modest, real-world budget can still support a clear mission.

Big hospital systems already have vendors built for them. Directory sites mostly want another name on a list. Generic web shops tend to hand everyone the same site.

That still leaves room for behavioral health, mental health, and a wellness practice that stays small on purpose.

Those providers do not need a lead list. What fits is a product shaped around how people are actually helped.

One client. One custom product.

Care Practice Studio is a solo consultancy, and that focus is a gift. Peter plans and builds custom digital products with real care for behavioral and mental health providers, wellness practices, solo practitioners, small nonprofits, and community clinics.

Each job is one-on-one. One client at a time, so the work gets his full attention — closer and more personal than a large hospital-affiliated system, and nothing like a directory or lead-gen site.

  1. 1A practice brings the work of daily care.
  2. 2Peter plans a product made only for that client.
  3. 3He builds that product alongside the client, start to finish.

No shared queue. No template pulled from a catalog.

What that means for this kind of work

Clients remain the focus, not a segment

  • The niche is named on purpose, and it is a hopeful one: behavioral and mental health, wellness practices, solo practitioners, small nonprofits, and community clinics.
  • Community outpatient clinics are warmly welcome. Large hospital-affiliated systems sit outside that circle.
  • The working relationship is with Peter, a steady partner, rather than a rotating team.

The offering is a product, not a listing

  • Care Practice Studio is neither a directory nor a lead-gen site.
  • Each build is bespoke: planned with care for one mission-driven provider.
  • A logo on a generic healthcare package would miss the point.

Straight answers before the work begins

A practice can feel too small for a product studio.

Small is exactly who this work is for. Solo practitioners, wellness practices, small nonprofits, and community clinics in behavioral and mental health are the heart of the studio — and a wonderful place to begin.

Is Care Practice Studio a web agency?

No — and that distinction is a strength. Care Practice Studio is technical product management. Peter plans and builds custom digital products with care, rather than running a generic web shop.

Does the studio serve hospital systems?

No. Large hospital-affiliated systems sit outside this focus, so care and attention stay with smaller, mission-driven teams.

Does the work place a practice on a directory?

No. Directory and lead-gen sites are a different business. The aim is a product made for one team, not a public listing.

Does the studio already hold deep compliance credentials?

No. That experience is not claimed here. When a product needs a compliance review, the right reviewer belongs alongside the build — Peter will gladly work with that reviewer and will not pretend to fill that role.

When a practice fits this page

Care Practice Studio works with one client at a time, so a small practice receives real attention. The studio is glad to support mission-driven behavioral and mental health providers — wellness practices, solo practitioners, small nonprofits, and community clinics — whose care is rooted in the community rather than in large hospital-affiliated systems or in directory and lead-gen sites.
